Our Company
We believe organisations everywhere are constantly facing the challenge of relevance and authentic connectedness.
Our mission is to build powerful enduring partnerships that inspire growth and keep clients ahead of game.
We navigate the complexity of bringing brands together, uncovering shared values and transforming them into meaningful propositions that win hearts and minds.
Our Story
In 2012, a bold idea took shape. We wanted to bring the legendary Williams Sisters, Venus and Serena, to Africa for exhibition matches in Nigeria and South Africa. Their journey of resilience, excellence and breaking barriers perfectly captured what we believed in. It was ambitious, unprecedented and inspiring. What began as a simple idea quickly grew into something bigger, more complex and deeply impactful.
Breaking the Mould was created to inspire and empower young women, and young people more broadly, to believe in their potential and pursue it with purpose. By showcasing global icons like Venus and Serena Williams alongside exceptional local businesswomen who had broken through glass ceilings, we created platforms that celebrated possibility, ambition and change.
From the very beginning, our approach has remained clear:
to inspire, empower, and look beyond the horizon, transforming bold ideas into movements that make a difference.
